Being sent an official sounding letter with my bank name and my address in an attempt to tell me my warranty is expiring with a company I have no business with, making it sound as if I'm in an agreement when I've never heard of this before. No email, no physical address of the company, phrasing as if I've been contacted before and this is my last notice. I don't need to be confronted with a false claim that I'm not being diligent in my home ownership by a company that has no business contacting me in any capacity in the first place

I received a letter stating that:

I'm just going to get rid of the letter now and I never called them, so I'm not at risk of being scammed, but wanted to submit this with the hope that you can help others.

Letter is addressed to my wife and me. Mentions our home address and our mortgage lender. Says our home warranty is about to expire and wants us to contact them to get it "up to date". Warns us that if we don't contact them, "potential lapse of coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs". And "we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after the Expiration Data of 4/11/2024". We have NOT called the number referenced in the letter.
