This was not ordered by me or any member of our family. Somehow, somewhere, we got the charge posted to on our credit card. When I called the number, I was told that it's after 30 day refund, so they cannot refund anything. I didn't even know within 30 days, as my credit card bill came more than 30 days after the charge was made. But they did tell me they would cancel the order. Now today I got my next months bill, & here's another charge!
