I returned 5 of 6 bottles of Lipo-Slim to the Lipo-Slim warehouse on 10/11/24. USPS confirmed that the returned package was received at the Lipo-Slim warehouse on 10/15/24, before the 60-day expiration date for returns. Lipo-Slim refuses to refund me $155.51 (the $186.62 initial credit card purchase - $33.11 for one opened bottle.) In two phone calls, persons answering claimed 4 different reasons for refund refusal, none of which are true. Both answer persons eventually hung up on me. I was told that, when I ordered, I was informed that I had to let them know that my return had been put in the mail. No such information was given to me when I ordered, even though I spoke with two separate persons before ordering,

There are a few websites listing this firm as a scam as of 11/2/24, but at the time I ordered (8/19/24), I found none.
