The caller said her name is Alex with Keto Company and she had been trying to run my cc for apple cider gummies I ordered as a trial. I did not order or receive any apple cider gummies. She gave me 4 digits of a credit card and said my paytment wasn't going through. I explained to her it's because I don't have a card with those number and I never placed this one time 6 bottle trial of her gummies. She was very aggressive and rude. She interrupted me often, raised her voice while speaking over me.... I told her this felt very scammy and google the business and address while on the pphone with her and read to her what others were saying about also being scammed.

I only engaged because she knew my address and work email, I did not give her the $39 to "cancel or unsubscribe" to vitamins that I never ordered or received.

They called about 5:15 PM CDT on 4/7/25 and said I owed $249 for a Penis Pill Subscription. They said I placed an order on 7/6/24 for $9.95 shipping for a subscription with a balance due. When I told them "I'm not giving you any money", they threatened me with legal action, collection, and Credit Bureau reporting for a delinquent account. They said that if I didn't pay today, they would continue sending the pills and I would continue to owe more. I informed them "If you send me anything I do not authorize, it will be considered a gift, and I do NOT authorize you to send me anything". They asked if I would like to cancel my subscription and I said, "You do what you want but I'm still not sending you any money". They said that I would have to pay my balance before the subscription could be canceled. I hung up and blocked the number. They called from 615-878-2547 but the call back number was 877-205-7242.

This 'billing department' harassed me constantly for several days in March of 2025. They tried to bill my credit card several times for supplements that they say I ordered back in October 2024, but I never received any, I do not remember ordering any supplements and definitely not a subscription. They said that it is my fault that I did not read the small print and cancel the subscription within 7 days. My bank identified all of the charges as fraud. This company billed under 3 different company names. My credit card was subsequently cancelled for suspected fraud. The 'billing department' said that if I did not go to Walmart and get a prepaid card for $249.95, they would start sending shipments, continue billing, and ruin my credit score. When I notified them that I was contacting the BBB, they got very angry and said, "That's your choice. We will start the shipments now".

i received a call from 207 815 8287, ***** *********. he said that i ordered keto gummies and asked if i wanted to continue my subscription. i have never ordered keto gummies. i have lots of food allergies and cannot take any kind of supplements. he said that if i wanted to cancel, i would have to pay money or i would continue to receive the product. i told him that i had no idea what he was talking about and i wanted to speak to his supervisor. he would not transfer me after me asking half a dozen times. i finally asked if the conversation was being recorded. he said 'yes'. so i said again that i wanted to speak with someone and that i know the conversation is being recorded and you legally have to transfer me. eventually he did. when i got to the next person, julia hernandez, she also told me that i had to pay to cancel the subscription or they would keep sending me apple cider keto gummies. she had my address and phone number and told me the last four digits of the credit card, which was an old card. she then told me that she was not authorized to charge my credit card and that they do not keep the info on file, but that i would keep receiving product. i told her that i knew the call was being recorded and that she did "not" have authorization to charge any card and that i wanted to cancel. she then told me that i had already received a package, which i did not. i asked for the tracking number, she said it was delivered by usps and she gave a fake number because when i looked it up on the usps web site, it said that that number has not been created. i asked for the company name and number and she tolds me 'keto company' (which i cannot find) and the 877 205 7242. i also asked for the time of when the conversation was started since it was recorded so that i had proof of our conversation. she first said "10:20 or 10:25" my reply was 'which time, those are 2 different answers'. she said " '10:25', but you are going to call the number back, correct. i will expect your call." i told her i was reporting this call and then i hung up. this seems like a total scam, but they had a lot of my info. hopefully others are careful and do not give them any extra information.

Identical to the previous person's incident! They called me and gave me some details of a purchase that I supposedly made 1 year ago saying that I owed them $249 for a product of 12 bottles of keto pills!! When I told them that I canceled that subscription back in December 1923 and returned the product to them per their instructions. They also told me back in December that my subscription was canceled and I would not receive any more bills and they would refund my $249. So I don't believe that I owe them anything and then I checked out the website for them, and no longer exist, and sent me to this website to report it. I see that other people have also experienced the same identical incident as I did. Therefore, I am submitting this so that you can possibly find out who the scammers are. I do not give them any of my information . They then said that they will continue to send me their product as soon as this coming up Friday and I will continue to be charged $249 every shipment! The girl I talked to spoke very bad English a had to have everything repeated several times. But they wanted to cancel my subscription only after my payment of $249 to them right now!!! ????

I have had over 30 calls from a company saying that in July of 2023 I ordered and never paid for a bottle of CBD pills. They cannot produce an invoice, they have my email and they want my CC information. I will not pay because I believe this is a scam. They said if I do not pay the $290 I will be charged $990/month.

They use a predictive dialer so my area code comes up with the number. Today's call came in as Joel Proulx Carpentry in Jeffrey NH. At first I would get 3-6 calls every day but now it has slowed down.

Today's call was the first time I received the Customer Service number (877-205-7242) so I tried a reverse lookup but could not get any information. I am sure they will call again

I was contact by a lady saying that I owe a CBD Account and only way I could close account if I paid what she said I owed and this product they say I owe for I don't use and I definitely didn't subscribe too for a fact and is a pure scam

My father saw the product on tv in April 2022. Originally said it was free samples just pay for shipping. He used his debit card which was invalid. So they called back and wanted money. They wanted $89.52 to close out accounts and cease sending anymore product. We asked why he was being charged. They said he had to call within 14 days to cancel or would have to pay for product. He did not receive all the product he was supposed to get. After a while we agreed to pay it with a debit card. After payment they said accounts were closed and that it would be over $200. I told them it was a rip off. Upon looking at his bank statement online, they charged him multiple times amounting to $621. I called and they said he agreed to pay for a second shipment which he didn’t receive anyway and did not agree to do. They said they would close out accounts and refund him for 3 of the charges which amounts to a little more than $200 but would take 3-5 days. This company is misleading and is a scam and there should be something done about them. I contacted my local police dept. to file a report,
