I Received a letter in the mail today. At first I thought it was my lender as it states: **Lenders Name - Please call to verify**

We need you to call today about an urgent matter regarding your property.

Our records indicate that you have not CALLED US YET, to verify that your home warranty is still in place and protecting you. Your home warranty may have already expired, If it has, you are financial (notice it doesn’t say financially) liable for any and all repairs needed for your home.

I called them and they said I have a warranty through my lender. False. I have a home warranty through a different reputable company.

They are getting better at this. Beware!!
