They called both my husband's and my phone about my son having some type of papers going to court for non compliance but didn't say about what or what company they were calling from. They gave a file number and asked to be called back without 24 hours. I called and gave them the file number and they had a totally different name of person they were looking for. Then hung up.

The scammer used my previous name from 9 years ago to state they were serving me legal documents at my place of residence & needed additional identifying information. The address & city they mentioned was incorrect and he sounded shady. I also was just a victim of the AT&T data breach and have been getting a lot of this sort of scam calls. They want your social and current address or threaten a lawsuit, which I have none pending so it's all a scam.
