My husband called Epson tech support and got a 3rd party business. They tried all the troubleshooting to try to fix our printer to no avail. The man stated that since it was a fairly new printer that couldnt get fixed they would send us a refund. After unfortunately giving them information to get this refund they ended uo using the information to open a gemini credit card that was going to have the refund on it. We then, while still on the phone with them We opened up our laptop and looked at our bank account and noticed they were taking the money out of our account. At that time they hung up. We contacted our bank and the police. Hopefully We get our money back. When I Googled the phone number it brought up a company named Absoleads Store which sells Epson printers.
