Type of a scam Phishing

Caller pretended to be with a process server. ScamPulse.com already has the number associated with the scam process server. She called asking for me by my maiden name (which I have not used in over 40 years). During the whole conversation I never acknowledged who I was. I told her that she was probably a scammer and her answer was to give me a phone number and case number to call. She claimed that had already tried to serve me once and would only be able to hold the papers for an hour. We had a couple of minutes of conversation in which I continued to tell her that she was more than likely a scammer and trying to get her to state what company she was with and what her role was in reference to whomever was having me served. When I asked her what address they attempted to deliver, she gave an address I never heard of. At that point she made a statement about my name and I told/reminded her that I had never confirmed who I was and that I never said I was that person she was looking for. She became a bit flustered and then just advised me to call the number. After hanging up, I googled the number and came across the BBS page stating this was a process server scam. This isn't the first time I've been involved in an attempted scam. Some years ago a person contacted my parents claiming the IRS had a warrant out for my arrest and a sheriff was coming to the house unless they paid my fees. My parents almost fell for it with my dad going to Walmart to get Green Cards. Fortunately, my mom called me and I immediately told her it was a scam so she drove up to Walmart and managed to stop my dad as he was standing in line at the cashier with the cards. They ended up on local news being interviewed and the news gave out warnings about the scam. I have the recorded TV news clip.
