A man by the name Eugene Silver called to complete a transaction for SAT prep material; he knew when my son had taken his SAT and that he was signed up to retake the SAT. His name was Eugene Silver - I was moving fast at work and should have paid more attention. After the call, I called my son and asked, and then figured out he didn't sign up for any of this. I called the number back, left a message, and also called the phone number back that the call came in on (703-723-0012). A representative from the business called me back and was extremely rude. Of course, on the call-back number, it was blocked. Asked her if I could get an email copy of all information that was being sent to me, along with a copy of my transaction. I asked if I could wait on the phone while she sent the information. The information was never sent.
