Scammer disguises themselves as a debt collector for a past due medical bill but says they cannot disclose date of service or any details about the treatment due to HIPAA laws. Puts you on hold once all personal information is confirmed. They had all personal information including DOB and last 4 of SSN. Said option was to be served to attend court which I would be responsible for $2k plus fees, total $6,500. Text message reads, "NAME, your medical payment is past due. To prevent further fees, call our office at 844-607-6115. Account #, Text STOP to opt-out."

Was informed by a caller from (844) 607-9115 that I owed for an old Lovelace Woman's Hospital account. I have not been to Albuquerque in well over 15years. Was told that I was being sued, and that they account was over 7K but could settle for 4K. I told him I would dispute this, as i never had been contacted about this

First encounter michelle said she was with associate recovery. Second encounter was voice mail left by Michelle saying she was with traditional services the same person different phone numbers. Tried to place me on hold when i asked thename of company at first she kept mumbling a name. 844 607 9115. 877 798 0920

Text message to call. Called, they stated I have a civil suit against me for an unpaid medical bill from 2010, names the hospital and THEY PROVIDED MY LAST 4 SSN TO O VERIFY ME. High pressure and fast talker with big legal words and stated I could pay the 795$ now or go to court and be responsible for court and legal fees up to 4500$. Asks for verification on who they were, she wouldn’t give me anything I could verify on internet (business name, address). Ended call, called back and she was more aggressive and threatening. Still would not provide any verifiable information. Text messages continued, 3 rd text listed business name which led me here.
