I called the so called local flower shop to get flowers delivered to the funeral home for a loved one. Person on the phone stated that they were the local flower shop and deliver to the funeral home all of the time. She said my delivery would be delivered by 11:00 before the visitation. She took my money and so called processed my order. Hours later, I received email stating that my order was undeliverable because they had no flowers available. I received a couple of other emails stating the same thing. Evidently, not a local flower shop, otherwise they would know that they have no flowers available in the store. I have filed a dispute with my bank and canceled my debit card.
