Scam collectors

They do not state the name of the company when you return the call. They call other family members instead of the person they are supposedly looking for. They violate all collection agency laws. They want you to provide them with information. If I owe some type of money then you should already have my information.

A man who later identified his self as a supervisor called to ask to speak to a name similar to my name I ask him clarify and he customer me out saying he is third party and I have to verify info first. I said you call my phone how do you spell name of person you are looking for? He got attitude and would not identify his self after asking. I ask speak to a supervisor he said he was the only one I could speak to. I want my phone block from this person or business as they were rude and being loud and disrespectful. When all I ask was spell the name of person you looking for. It could been for me but person seems suspicious as they were. I have my credit score and I have no outstanding debits other then student loan, so I'm not sure why this person call me this way. Please help.
