I received a "Final Notice" from Home Warranty Division with what looked like a check for a home warranty. At the bottom of the "check" was written THIS IS NOT A CHECK. They wanted a signature for redemption. The "check" was titled Registration Fee Voucher.

I appeared that if you signed the check you'd get $199
