The only identifiable markers that I have for this being a possible scam, is that after I informed them that my father wasn't home and I didn't know when to expect him back. He wanted to inquire about a property owned by my father that is for sale. There was no argument there was no interruption. I just hung up. Same man proceeded to call my phone 3 more times. If he wasn't a scammer, I would think that he wouldn't do that repeatedly.
