Advertisement taped to the door. No business name, with legal information about California-approved legislation. However, to cover themselves they do note on the bottom in very small print that it is an advertisement and not a legal notice. BEWARE...do not call the IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED NUMBER...SCAM/FRAUD.

“HOMEOWNER NOTICE” “IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED” paper notice taped to front door of our home. Says to “call nowfor pre-approval - upgrades are incorporated through your property taxes.” Is very confusing, misleading, and frightening as it is taped to your front door with IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED in big block red type.
