Justin Kirkpatrick presented himself as a licensed HVAC contractor for the state of Missouri. He installed new equipment at the location and did not perform the installation properly. There were numerous leaks in the pipes, the Freon was not up to code and not the level required for the equipment to work, the AC froze up and left the family with no AC for days. He failed to reconnect the flue pipe for the hot water heater which caused the people that live there to be poisoned by carbon monoxide. Another company was called out to check the equipment over since Justin refused to answer any attempt to contact him. This cost the homeowner another $1036.00. Justin Kirkpatrick makes promises to people that he does not intend to keep and leaves families in harms way that could cost someone their lives.
