I received a text asking if I authorized a transaction through Zelle. I said no, then received a call from someone posing as Caleb Hill from Chase Fraud. He asked if I had authorized certain transactions, which I did not. He then asked if my account was attached to a 3rd party like PayPal. We went through those and he had me try to send money to some other people, claiming they were other agents they were working with. The next day he had me go into the branch as part of a "sting operation" and had me do a chase to chase transfer for the money to a Javant Anderson. We only realized it was a scam when they started asking about other accounts at other financial institutions.
