The scammer billed the amount of $13,725 to Medicare using my Medicare number. My Medicare Summary Notice indicated that none of the fraudulent claims were approved and therefore nothing paid out by Medicare. Claims were for 1500 intermittent urinary catheters ordered by a Daniel J Kruse (scammer).

Received statement from Medicare showing 6 "claims" from 8/27/2025 to 2/6/2026 ($2745 each) charging my Medicare account. Have never requested, approved or heard of this company, they have acquired my information illegally in order to submit claims with my Medicare number.

This company has been invoicing my prior health insurance company for over a year. Total billing is tens of thousands of dollars. Thankfully no payments have been made. All the invoices just say "supplies". I have filed several complaints but the invoicing continues. There is a Memphis Fox 13 news story that explains the scam.

I received three explanation of benefits from my insurance company (which I currently don't have). It showed attempted charges totaling almost $20,000. The money was never paid out but somehow this company got my old insurance account number and is currently attempting to use it.
