Called me consistently (every 20 minutes) harassing me about a supposed bill. I called back to the number left for me, while I was driving. The rep told me I had a $4000.00 debt and attempted to get my bank information over the phone. I never heard of the company they were supposedly collecting for. They threatened me with a lawsuit, attorney fees, wage garnishments even went as far as saying my drivers license would be suspended (which 100% cannot happen for a credit card debt). The rep was rude, they would not send me an email to verify info and when she supposedly got a manager on the phone, he told me to pull over and pay this debt. I told them to take me to court if it was a true debt and they hung up on me.
