Consumer stated to ScamPulse.com employee the following description of the scam call:

The business calls from different numbers and after requesting to be removed from the calling list, they continue to contact me. They claim to be a mortgage refinancing company and want to get information from you. Phishing for relevant information so they could process forward. When you don't provide the information the representative/scammer starts to get rude on the phone.
