I purchased the wuffy dogs for my Dad with a barcode from television. Once I received the item, it looked nothing like the website, and it barked constantly. I immediately emailed them for a return. It took 11 emails for them to give me an address for the return. They kept trying to get me to take a partial return. I wanted my money back, because it says 30 day money back guaranteed. Once returning the item, I waited a month to contact them by email, they said they hadn't received it. It is clear they don't want to refund me my money.

"Robot puppy" bought by my 83 year old father in law. Received a child's toy nothing like the ad. Attempting to get return label through PayPal and they are mentioning customer has to pay for label per terms of service. Escalating to PayPal, as I would suggest others do. Targeting elderly population
