They're calling asking for the office manager and if you say that they're unavailable then they tell you it's FPL's billing department calling with a work order. The work order number they gave me was DP0091-3397 and said to call them back immediately because if not the power will be shut off within 30 minutes. They gave a call back number of 1-800-660-3691 and to press 'option 1' to reach them but they originally called from (651) 362-3576. This is not the first time that they've called our practice. I've heard of (as well as picked up) other calls saying similar things, all within the last three months.
