It was parking lot of a grocery H Mart in Lakewood, CA. Luke just came to me and my husband, and he said he can repair dents on my car while we shopping. We accepted it, but result was terrible. Nothing changed but it was applied some cream on it. My husband complained and Luke said it will be pop-out 24 hrs later. We didn't know how body shop works going on and believed that primer works for dents, but it was not true. We already paid him $200 as cash through ATM on Bank of America in Cerritos. He said he has experience working for body shop for 10 years, and the shop is in Pasadena, CA. His truck was white Honda SUV which has signs AUTO REPAIR. He has many tools and products for repairing cars in his truck, so we trust he was professional. It was a big mistake. First time he wanted me to send money through Cash App. I tried to use it, but Cash App didn't work for me because of security problem. I know his account, $lukiedannysla1, and Bank of America, Cerritos has a security camera record with his car and we giving money at Drive thru ATM.

I would like to get a refund, but I think that it would be difficult. If I can get refunded, please let me know how to do.
