Scammer from (616) 655-9636 contacted a phone number posted on a private website looking for a timeshare week at the Turtle Inn Beach Club in Florida. Then Texted the party and stated they had a week to offer at the timeshare. Requested $1000.00 certified check addressed to Gilbert Engilian to be sent to 336 E Providencia Ave, Burbank CA 91502. After the first text, scammer followed up with 'what's up?' The party contacted the timeshare facility to confirm availability BEFORE any money was sent.
