They demanded digital payment from me the owner AFTER they took a check from the tenant. They cashed the check and did not refund my payment! This is fraud!
I only had contact with Joseph Hogan, the presumed owner. His communication was prompt and courteous until he got paid. Then no replies to requests to finish the job or issue refund!
