This business is definitely a SCAM.

They DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE ELDERLY AND DISABLED.

They towed my car away from gated parking lot and even showing my HANDICAP placard and PARKING PERMIT on front windshield. I'm extremely low income and on food stamps and these evil people ENJOY SWINDLING hardworking citizens that are struggling to pay bills.
