They called me, saying I was being summoned to a local court over some outstanding debt with a bank I haven't been a part of for 25 years. I never had debt with them, ever. I immediately told them this and then said what they were a part of was a scam and dared them to send their "summons" and that I'd be on the phone with authorities to have them traced and arrested. That didn't sit well at all and the caller became abusive telling me I was a "Democrat" and telling me to "shut my mouth" repeatedly and that I could "cry to the judge", then told me he was my "daddy" and kept asking "who's your daddy". I told him he was a scammer and that I would be in touch with lawyers and he just kept calling me names until I hung up.
