I had purchased a fender for my car on Facebook. The seller used this company supposedly to ship the item. After I had made payment to him I started to get emails about paying shipping fees and insurance. I understand I have to pay shipping fees and insurance. But it first started out as a fee. Then the insurance and then a customs fee. However I wasn’t notified before of additional fees, customs, or insurance just to get my item. After that there was requests for more insurance fees to my PayPal account and the my Venmo. The said per the emails and on their website that all these “fees” would be 95% refunded. This all started on April 9 to April 12 and I am still getting requests to my email. I have blocked the recipients because I was not getting any where them short of them saying just trust the system. I am out $1703.84 not including the cost of the fender which was $300. I have been in contact with the seller as well and he kept replying back just pay the fees and they will refund 95% of the funds. I haven’t this time of writing received the fender or any refunds. This whole experience has been an exhausting, anxiety filled experience. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.
