I received a letter from Potemkin Limited dated Jan. 16 2026 with an offer to purchase my mother's shares in Brighthouse Financial. I filled out the paperwork multiple times and with copies of my power of attorney. The shares have already been transferred to them from Brighthouse. I have tried contacted them via email and just get a standardized form letter back, when I called the number provided the messages states there are too many calls to respond to and you are unable to leave a message. I have to get rid of all my mother's assets for her to qualify for Medicaid.
