I ordered tankini set (swimsuit) from Gifted Initials on June 16 (social media ad) and received a confirmation email with an order number. Today is July 13 and I have had no other communication since the order was placed. The contact info in their initial email was listed as [email protected]. I have sent 3 emails since July 1 with no response. I googled "Gifted Initials" and their website came up. I searched their contact information on their website and it was "[email protected]". I sent an email to that address and it came back as undelivered- email address not found. The "about Us" section on the website lists Openpoint Inc in Colorado Springs, CO with an EIN: 41-3318772. I could not find that EIN as valid. Also, 163.com is a Chinese email domain. SCAM
