Type of a scam Online Purchase
This gift was purchased on November 29, received on December 8 and given to my on Christmas. My attempts to exchange the product were denied because I am outside the return window. This window was impossible to meet since it was purchased before Christmas.
Communication with the company was slow and required multiple attempts.
In addition, I let them know that I had removed a small amount of pet hair from the back and they said that I had destroyed the integrity of the product. However, they will exchange a product with sweat all over it.
