Scam for auto parts

I purchased used auto parts from Facebook Marketplace and did not know the seller, Harmlet Wizzy, was going to use this shipper until he provided the name and tracking number. However, he provided a phone number on the site with area code 720 and that is the same as the shipping company. Items were supposedly shipped from North Dakota and arrived in Chicago IL and then it was on hold because of insurance. I messaged Harmlet and he said I should go direct with shipping because they sent me an email. I never received an email until during our conversation. Shipping company wants $350 for refundable insurance. Obviously Harmlet stopped communicating via messenger and the phone number is crap.

Purchased what I thought was a parrot. Through this person she used a transport company that kept coming to me for extra fees like 150 for a vaccination. In the middle of supposed transport the travel container was inappropriate and needed to rent one for 1000 dollars with amount to be reimbursed after delivery. Come on and hurry so delivery is on time they kept pushing. A combined scam between the person supposedly rehoming the parrot and the deliver company
