I received a text from (347) 719-3030 saying the following, "Hi Alejandro, this is Alan from Vital Nexa Care, we got your application via indeed for CNA in San Jose, CA. Rate: $32hr." to which I answered back saying, "Yes hello good morning." After this the person answered back by asking for my email address, "Sounds good, I tried to send you an email but I have your Indeed email, could you please share the regular one? So I can send you the job description." I believe this was an attempt to scam because Indeed will never contact you via random phone calls, text messages, or messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram to offer you a job or claim to be an Indeed HR representative. If someone contacts you this way, it is a scam.
