Products ordered by web site on 8/26. Products were stated to be in stock. Card charged 8/26. Products never shipped. Multiple phone calls, emails, and web inquiries about the order go completely unanswered over multiple weeks. Finally stated to them that if they did not provide an update on the order status I would have to file a complaint with the credit card company and the BBB. Company still refuses to even acknowledge emails, web inquiries, and phone messages.
