I searched up cruise line, while I was calling, he answered. He told me since I’m 18 he’ll have to make a special request for me to get a room, he put in my information, it charged my card for $800, he gave me a different name then Mr smith that I forgot, he told me I’ll receive a email which I didn’t so I called back and ask for him and the cruise line told me there’s no one under that name who works there
