Purchase tickets for a toronto fifa game for my parents. As the game date got closer the tickets never came and kept getting a run around. Eg. Tickets will be released tomorrow. Give us more time for the tickets. The system is down.

Was promised a full refund but has since never been recieved. Kept reminders for refund but was once again given excuses.
