I recently had a appointment to have my chimney inspected (repaired).It is a metal chimney. The appointment was for 10am on Friday 24th.I waited until 11:20 and no one came . I had another appointment at 11:30 so my wife was left to deal with the chimney repairman. When I arrived home I found two pieces of tape on my chimney and my wife was charged $550 cash and no receipt. The repairman told my wife he needed the $550 in cash or money transfer. The repairman said my wife agreed to the amount which she said she did. I feel we were grossly overcharged . My wife feels she was taken advantage of. I tried to fill out the other form but they do not have an address or postal code they are mobile. I do not know if anything can be done but I feel I need to report this. The business is Welland Fireplace and Chimney Service. * **** *********
