They called my phone trying to reach my sister that has brain damage due to a car wreck that killed her husband and left her permanently disabled in 4/2/89.They have harassed me and my sister over and over again and also other Spam Numbers . Please can't someone STOP ThESE THEFTS From HAPPING... ALSO MYSELF HAS HAD MY IDENTITY STOLEN FOUR TIMES FROM THE INTERNET. ,HOW DOES PEOPLE THINK THIS IS BETTER.. LET'S GET TO REALITY ! IT'S NOT!

A caller identified as Bruce ******* called and left a message saying i am going to be served by him, on his schedule, at my place of employment or home residence and i must call immediately to stop this action. He said when he serves me i will be required to give signature and multiple forms of id. The number an automated voice filled in for me to call to try and stop his action is *** *** ****. The called already had my full name and number.

Exact experience as previous person. Received a call from "Rockwell Legal" (the name that appeared on call ID). Called from phone number ###-###-####. The call sounded recorded/automated. Did not answer; voicemail message was left. This is the exact voicemail: "Hello this message is for [name]. My name is Valerie J*****. I am calling to inform you that this is your official notification. You have been placed on my schedule to be served court-filled documents. You will be served at your place of residence or place of employment and we need to provide your signature and two forms of identification. They called threatening legal action unless money is paid including but not limited to excessive fines, jail time and being arrested at home or work. They said it was the Last chance to settle complaints lodged against me, although they can't tell me my name because I have never given it to them. They call asking for someone I have never heard of and when I say they have the wrong number they get very angry, threatening & abusive.

Or I could call the filing party at 405-328-6807. I'm smart and know this is a scam. I did not call the number. I looked it up and found this ScamPulse.com listing with the same threat I experienced.

Same as all the other complaints and the same message but never said the company she is representing, two they never call you to tell you they are serving you court docs. They need to cut the [censored] out!
