I purchase a product on Facebook Link from Nanchang Huiyun Linghai Technology Co., Ltd. on June 6, 2026. I received a tracking number indicating delivery, but USPS and the postal service confirmed the tracking did not exist. I was given another number by said company which was showing delivery of product. There was a product delivered to someone else with the tracking number I was provided. This product was NOT from this company and DID not have my name or address on label, per investigation by the USPS. This company is able to use tracking numbers already in use to scam people out of money per USPS. I disputed with PayPal, which denied the claim, resulting in a loss of $54.49. I paid through PayPal which I felt was a safety net against fraud.
