I purchased Pilates equipment from the company, and they gave me instructions on how to perform the exercises. They never told me that they would charge me $39.99 after the 28 days. I previously sent an email stating that I had a Total Knee Replacement and I wouldn't be able to perform the exercises. I've been calling and emailing the company to cancel my membership since I noticed the monthly charge on my account. Last month, I spoke with someone from Customer Service on the phone, and they said they would stop charging me in September. I looked at my account this month (October), and I'm still being charged. I have lost over $600.00. Any suggestions?
