Caller knew my phone number, name, and address. Inquired about purchasing my home for cash and a quick turn-around buy out. Fees would be determined once purchase of my home was completed. I am currently not selling my home nor is my home listed for sale. This call was a detailed phishing call. Once the caller knew that I was 'on to him' he became verbally abusive and stated, "why don't you just call the police on me" and "I am so a fright" and "looks like you got me, but I have all your information so I can just buy your house and you can't do anything about it."
