1877 Broadway, 80302, Boulder. This is the address for 199X shoes. I ordered shoes on Dec 6, 2025 and it took over a month to receive them. By the time they arrived they were too small. I asked for a full refund or even exchange and was told that they dont do full refunds, only 15% would be refunded or I can exchange for an additional $40. After disagreeing with their methods, I finally agreed to pay the additional $40 and get and exchange and was told right away that their "system was down for maintainence:. Its been over 2 weeks since I was told that. i have emailed often inquiring if the system was still "down" and each reply states "they are sorry for the inconvenience and that when it is back up and running my order will be rectified." I wish I would have seen the bad reviews before ordering from this "company". Many others have had a similar experience.
