The caller did not identify themselves they just said that employer Walden Pierce group had filed a claim with the llano county attorneys and clerks stating that there could be garnishment of wages and or leans pursued asked if I had received correspondence at my address. To which I replied I had not received correspondence when I asked what the claim was for or what the debt was over they said they could not tell me and they gave me a phone number and a case number when I called the llano county district clerks and county clerk they both told me the file case number does not exist and then when they looked up the phone number I was given it alerted them that it was a fraudulent number.
