Scammer posing as BOK fraud department stole card info
Then sent me text verification codes to set up "fraud detection alerts" and asked me to check for any purchases that had gone through. It all seemed legit except for the amount of time she had me waiting on the phone (45 minutes). Once I hung up I got an alert my card was added to Google Pay. I checked my account and there were several purchases now made that had not yet been mentioned. I then called the BOK fraud department and told them what happened and they said if that ever happens again, tell them I'll call them back…and call the actual number. The problem is I could swear it said Bank of Oklahoma on the caller ID when they called!
