I received several online ads for a particularly attractive style of shoes, interjected in news media I was reading. I went online and reviewed their product and took them at their word that returns were free. Upon receiving the shoes, they were not nearly of the quality pictured and there were differences in the styling. Being displeased with the product, I attempted to obtain a return authorization through the above listed phone number. I was either cut off or got an immediate busy signal after several attempts to connect. I believe that I have been scammed. I will file a fraud report with my CC company.
