I called to see about getting a replacement or repair for my son's oculus. Through medical quest upon calling the number, I was told to download an app to my phone that would allow them to see things inside of the metaquest for troubleshooting. Then she was trying to help me. Figure out how I paid for the Oculus through Amazon and then, after a while of being on the phone I was instrupdate to put my debit card information in which wouldn't go through and then I was told or asked. Nicely to go and buy a gift card and the money was taken off of that gift card.
