Received an "Important Notice Immediate Response Requested". Stated home warranty may be expiring or have already expired. Sent us a Registration Fee Voucher for $225.00 credit. States it is secured by my bank with the name of the bank, in all capitals. There is no name of the company or address. States a Record ID: 080LR28531 and their Permit is 5497. I believe after checking the phone number 1-888-404-4504 on Google that this is a scam. Wanted to warn others.

Is exactly as the info given already & listed. Keeps sending & each one states final notice. But never stops. Even has some personal info, my name & address, and my Bank name. I called to take my name off their mailing list. But gets very offensive, mocking, & loud. Then I knew it was a scam.

The envelope has no return address. The letter contains no website or email address. The office hours are stated in CST. The bulk postage permit stamp shows it was mailed from zipcode 63155 (St. Louis, MO) under permit 5497.

Offered Home warranty insurance policy. The letter looked very official and was signed by a Wade Grant as Program Director. We stopped the credit payment and alerted our bank. I called the "business" the next day but was placed on an endless hold. Called this a.m. and they said they would reimburse my money today. As of this evening I still have not seen it clear. They did nit get an SSN 9as I tild them I never give that out over te=he phone. Like the lady whose complaint I just read...the letter looked very official. We had just returned from vacation and had just had a 20,000.00 A/C replaced so we were looking to get some insurance money; however, they did not know that. Like the lady said, the letter looked very official, but on reflaction there was no city or state mentioned, I was told today they were in Missouri, but how was I to check that. I still have the lettter. And since they committed mail fraud and wire fraud I am filing complaints with FTC, FBI ( who I know will do nothing unless it is a huge dollar amount ) you and I informed my lender [it was a VA loan, so I am informing that agency as well].

Failure to call and pay fines will result in lapse of coverage in Home Warranty.

The person who answered was hostile and abusive when I started asking who they were and if my parents had any business with them. I did not give them the "Customer ID" on the letter or any identifying information. My mother thought this was from her current insurance company, which appears to be their goal.

I received a 2024 Final Notice from a home warranty division. I thought it was to get involved in the things that need to be addressed with my new house that I purchased within the past yr. I called the number and they explained to me that the warranty on my home was running out. I said ok what do I need to do. They wanted $299 a month for 16 months to extend the warranty. when I said I couldn’t afford that they went down to $199 a month for 24 months, when I said that was still too much, he asked me where I work. I told him I was a school bus driver. He said perfect. I can get you a discount a teachers union discount. I said I’m not in a union. He basically over talk to me and said and then offered me a plan for $169.00. because of being in a union which I’m not in, I explained that im a school bus driver for a private charter school so it was at that point I told him that I needed to check my finances out and make a phone call. he said I couldn’t hang up but he would hold on the line till I made the call because if I hung up, I would not be able to get the discount, so I made a second call on my phone after pausing his call , then I contacted my homeowners office and asked them if they had gotten this home warranty plan at which time they contacted Someone and I found out that this whole thing is a scam I spoke with two different men. The first man’s name was Maurice. He said he was working for a company named Zürich who are the underwriters for MI homes., when I was having trouble coming up with the amount, he then put me in touch with someone named Dan Carlos at ************. Once I found out, it was a scam. I hung up and I am now reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. They also have at the bottom of the letter a Florida license number of W887595. Somehow, they know that I purchased my home almost a year ago. They had the date of my closing on my home.

My 91 year old dad received a letter stating that his home insurance was expiring. He called the number on the letter and spoke with a man identifying as ***** ****. My dad said his AAA insurance was paid up until the end of February. Shaun told him there was an increase and he could cover the difference with a credit card. Mr. Loar is NOT affiliated with AAA My dad used his credit card to cover the difference from what he had paid AAA insurance. He showed me the initial letter and his AAA insurance policy and asked me to look at the two. That was when I discovered he had been mislead. I looked up his credit card statement and saw the company name was 4Everhome Protection. I attempted several times to resolve this with the company using three different telephone numbers. I was hung up on twice and put on hold for extended periods of time. I called today and spoke with a service rep at a call center who said I could cancel and he would transfer my call so I could cancel. After 30 minutes of listening to music I hung up. We contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge.
