Sent a letter (Multiple Times Now) Labeled "Response to this notice requested in all caps". It has a number to call and a customer ID and says Final Notice like I missed a bill or something. Mailed from Zip Code 92799 US Postage Paid Permit No. 699 It's signed by Amber Lawrence Program Director. The Body starts with the real scare tactic - This notice is to inform you that the property's home warranty has expired, and you haven't contacted us to get your warranty up to date. It tags my Mortgage company to make it look like I am out of compliance with my lender. It ends with Please respond immediately. Now website, no email address, No Address, just a phone number.

I received a letter addressed to Jose Leal with my address stating that the home warranty secured by Fannie Mae Mortgage is going to expire on 1/23/2025. Jose Leal does not and has never owned this home. He is not listed on my mortgage and my mortgage is not with Fannie Mae. I called the # on the letter and the person was rude when I asked for the name of the company. Then he wanted to Customer ID on the letter and my name. I would not provide my name and he knew that the name on the letter was a mans name. He became agitated that I would not provide my name. I asked for a supervisor and he said he would do that because I wouldn't verify my identity. I stated that this is my home and my mortgage and that I believe this to be fraud or an attempt to steal my identity so there was no way I would provide him with my name. I then hung up and looked up the letter to see that very similar letter are associated with scams.

They sent a piece of mail saying my home warranty coverage was lapsing. They sent me previous notices and this was the final one and I only had a few days to contact them or I'd lose my coverage. They insinuated they were my mortgage lender. Didn't give an email address or business address. Program Director name is Amber ********. Phone # ###-###-####. Central standard time. They said this was the final notice.

I recieved a letter from Amber Lawrence, Program Director for Home and Warranty Division at First Republic Bank. The letter declares that our home warranty is about to expire and we must call to update this information. The number used, 1-877-499-4406 matches a scam number.

Received a Final Notice letter in mail stating my home warranty was going to lapsed. It also mentioned my mortgage lender. The only identifying information on the letter is it was signed by Amber Lawrence, Program Director. No addresses.

This letter was very official looking and said "Final Notice." It claimed that I have not contacted their office about home warranty coverage, and it referenced my real mortgage loan and bank. It may be a legitimate company trying to recruit home warranty customers, but it looks like a bank notice with only a contact phone number (no business email, website, or physical address). The company name only appears in small type at the very bottom of the page which makes it appear to be a notice from my bank.

Received a letter urgently requesting to validate home insurance.

Trying to sell home warranty. Fake company uses lender/mortgage information to contact homeowner through postal mail. Letter attempts to look like an official notice by stating “immediate response requested” and sender using “home warranty division - private and confidential” at the top.
