They have tried more than once to supposedly collect money for an annual fee. I did have Geek Squad in the past through Best Buy, but no longer. So I thought I may have forgotten. But as soon as he asked "are you the only person that uses your computer?" I knew they were the same scammers that unfortunately got me the last time, and got into my bank account, which forced me to change everything. They also use different names to get your attention, this time a Hispanic name. They send a bill, and ask that you call the number if you want to cancel, or they proceed to remove the money. Then claim they can remove the charge if they can log into your computer to help remove the charge. Fooled me once.
