Attempted to add pet to cabin for Air Canada flight - google AI search result presented a phone number that reached this company. They posed as an Air Canada agent and took my credit card info, charged me 5x what Air Canada actually charges for the service without actually rendering the service. When contacting Air Canada, the company had no knowledge of a pet on my reservation and added the service on their end. I had to lock my credit card and get a new one. Avoid this fraudulent company and their sneaky tactics of appearing on google searches, targeting various airlines.
